Listening is the most important skill of leadership. There are 5 elements of listening in 1 chinese character of listen “聽”.

Listen with your ears: to hear with empathy; 
Listen with your eyes; to see the body language.
Listen with your heart; with your compassion; 
Listen to the “King” (the person speaking)
Listen in one focus; with undivided attention.
