목적

산업현장에서 사원들과 조직, 관리자와 팀원들간의 고충과 갈등을 예방차원에서 찾아내어 그 원인을 해소하는데 있습니다.

  

이는 사원들의 불평, 불만, 애로사항 등을 수시로 점검하고 이를 카운슬링과

대화로 풀어 사원들의 사기를 높이고, 인간관계를 개선하여 건강하고, 행복한 조직문화를 형성시키는, 사내고충처리상담능력의 필요성 증대되고 있습니다.

  

본 과정은 고충처리의 중요성을 인식시킴과 동시에 근로자의 

고충유형과 빈도를 과학적인 방법으로 규명하여, 고충접수~해결까지의

전반적인 고충처리시스템을 학습하여 직장에서 꼭 필요한, 

2023' 상반기 사내고충처리상담사 양성(자격)에 목적이 있습니다.
