The Role & Mission of Industrial Counselor coping with 21Century AI Era

The 21st century features the mechatland era of digital transformation centered on artificial intelligence (AI). The most important factor in the AI era is the innovation of technical devices, but the mental health of working people or workers, which is a human resource factor that plans and promotes the commercialization of technology through steps such as experimentation, realization, and certification by structuring ideas, is the most important thing. Industrial commissioning, which specializes in consulting mental health for people working in industrial areas, can be categorized into two functions. The first function, the information providing function, is to provide advice and information to the employee about the problems related to the company's rules and work performance, the second function is to provide counseling and advice on psychological problems such as family problems, relationships, personality of employees as adaptive promotion (or ability development) function. The function of industrial counselors is similar to the grievance system of the enterprise.  However, in the case of grievance committees, basically consisting of executive-level employees, the function of the actual consultant is almost famous because it is mainly operated in terms of labor management and labor management.

Industrial during and after industrial counselors are active. Industrial during and after industrial commissioning is available where workers and workers need mental health. Among them, the ecosystem that requires industrial commissioning because real workers are being made up can be the center of industrial complexes through the country. It is needed to plan and support various policy programs for workers engaged mainly in industrial complex management complexes. However, the systematic introduction and operation of industrial commissioning has not yet been activated. Recently, representatives and human resources officers of small and medium-sized venture companies are increasingly expanding their awareness of the importance of labor management and labor management related to the labor treatment system for workers. The need to support systematic programs is paradoxical about the need to increase productivity by introducing programs to help workers be scammed by the recession. 
 
 Among the various factors that all workers in the industrial sector face from the point of view of the foreign minister, individual-level actions include attitudes, motivation, and stress. Attitude means good and unpleasantness about a particular behavior, motivation is the driving force of achieving by matching the goals of the organization and one's own goals, stress can be said to be a mental health problem that occurs while performing the job. The members of the collective level of action arise from issues such as individual conflicts, collective conflicts, communication, decision-making, and leadership within the organization, such as the team to which the workers belong. The behavior of the organization level is that workers face the need for industrial commissioning, directly or indirectly, during the work of the transitional job design in the job design, job circulation and job expansion. 

The study of tissue-like tossing is the organizational psychology that was born in the late 1800s. Since around 1900, the methodologist began discussing the context of interaction between people in the workspace under the name 'atmosphere'. They asked, 'What does it do to the performance?' brought the main attention to. Organizational culture is a value system of organizational characteristics, the basic value or consciousness that governs the behavior of members. In other words, organizational culture is a concept with a comprehensive, consistent/persistent approach that encompasses the values, beliefs and customs, norms and traditions, and knowledge and skills shared by members within the organization. The organization's culture needs to be established and innovated in order to make new innovations for companies in industrial complexes that expect a renaissance in the manufacturing industry. 

In order to actively respond to new changes in the organizational culture of companies with covid-10 recently, it is important to spread the experience of success through change. Schein has said that in order to solve the problem of adapting to the external environment and integrating the internal part of the organization, it is necessary to build and operate a common value system for members who can innovate the organizational culture of their members. In order to change the organizational culture of the industrial complex where a renaissance of manufacturing is expected, an understanding of the organizational culture based on the expertise of employees for the change of existing organizational culture is required, free and smooth communication that can give confidence to the executives and employees in the industrial field and spread positive mental health, and a communication environment where autonomy and diversity are respected. The more common social value creation and contribution to organizational value and performance derived from the achievements of organizational culture between organizational members and related parties associated with the organization, the more harmony should be achieved. The spread of an organizational culture based on mutual respect between employers and workers is necessary. Industrial counseling has emerged as a strategic alternative that can contribute to labor productivity by realistically analyzing various problems of human resources arising from the joining of workers in the industrial field to education, job circulation, expansion, conversion, etc., and restoring mental health (mental health) based on the ability to empathize with the talker through counseling functions.
