The most important factor in the AI ​​era is technological device innovation, but the most important factor is the mental health of working people, a human resource element that organizes ideas and plans and promotes technology commercialization through stages such as experimentation, materialization, and certification. will be. The function of industrial counseling, which specializes in consulting on the mental health of people working in industrial fields, can be classified into two categories. The first function, the information provision function, refers to the counselor providing advice and information to the employee on issues related to company rules or work performance. It is a function that provides counseling and advice on psychological issues such as personal relationships and personality. The function of an industrial counselor is similar to that of a company's grievance handling system. However, in the case of the grievance committee, it is basically composed of executive-level employees and is mainly operated in terms of labor management and labor management, so the function of an actual counselor is almost unfamiliar. The areas of activity of industry counselors and industry counselors are diverse. Industrial counseling and the activities of industrial counselors are possible at industrial sites and wherever workers need mental health (mental health). Among them, industrial complexes across the country can be the center of the ecosystem required for industrial counseling due to the concentration of actual workers. It is necessary to plan and support various policy programs for workers working mainly at the Industrial Complex Management Corporation. However, the systematic introduction and operation of industrial counseling has not been activated yet. In terms of organizational-level behavior, workers face the need for industrial counseling directly or indirectly while performing work, such as job rotation and job expansion, which are transitional job design from job design to job design. Organizational psychology, which was born in the late 1800s, is a discipline based on organizational climate. Organizational psychologists began to discuss the context of interaction between people in a work space under the name of 'atmosphere' around 1900. Organizational culture is a value system unique to an organization, and is the basic value or consciousness that governs the behavior of its members. In other words, organizational culture is a comprehensive, consistent concept that encompasses values, beliefs and customs, norms and traditions, and knowledge and skills shared by members of an organization. It is necessary to establish and innovate the organizational culture for new innovation of companies in the industrial complex that are expecting a renaissance of the manufacturing industry.

 

In order to actively respond to the new change in corporate culture due to the recent COVID-19, it is important to spread the experience of success through change. Schein emphasized that in order to adapt to the external environment and solve the problem of integrating the inside of the organization, it is necessary to establish and operate a common value system for members that can innovate the organizational culture of the members. In order to change the organizational culture of the industrial complex where the renaissance of the manufacturing industry is expected, free and smooth communication that can give confidence to clients and spread positive mental health in the industrial field based on the professional competence of executives and staff for changing the existing organizational culture and It is required to understand the organizational culture based on an autonomous and diverse communication environment. The more harmonious it becomes, the more universal social value creation and contribution to the organizational values ​​and performance derived from the performance of the organizational culture between the members of the organization and relevant parties connected to the organization becomes. It is necessary to spread an organizational culture based on mutual respect between employers and workers. Industrial Counseling realistically analyzes various human resource problems that occur in a series of processes such as employment, education, job rotation, expansion, and transfer placement in the industrial field, and provides solutions based on the ability to empathize with clients through the counseling function. As it is emerging as a strategic alternative that can contribute to labor productivity by restoring mental health (mental health), a detailed and systematic response is required.
