Pathfinding AI era Self-Efficacy Based Industrial Counselling for Employee as EAP(Employment Assistance Program)

Self-efficacy for successful employment life based on enhancing employee mental health is prerequisites to sustaining sound labor relationships and Going Concern emphasized by Professor P..F. Drucker who called God Father of Business Management. Entrepreneurship is composed of motivating more positive thinking than existing potentials and fundamentals because of coping with uncertain futures and circumstances.

Regardless of AI era, it is prerequisites to having objective self-efficacy for successful employment life during career development process based on sound mental health. Labor conditions are also important for employees to secure labor systems and stability of employment. Employees are also required for preparing objective self-efficacy and energetic vision for successful employment life based on MBO(Management By Objectives) with SMART(Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and  Time-bound).

As Employee Assistance Program, Industrial Counselling is important for employees both mentality  and vision for career development and self-efficacy.
