There is no rule but has some exceptions. That means that Every rule has some exceptions. Flexible leadership and mindsets are required for preparing structured and constructive conclusions of doing desirable vision and objectives both management and individual decision-making based on globalization and insights.

As know, determined routinely courses to educate kindergartan children relyed on spartan system. So its system for centuries popular to be effective in short period of time. On the contrary, Athen methods focused on diversifications for the educated. Its curriculumn is different from required students. Sustainable efforts can enhance our core competence and reinvigorate more creative approaches for enriched lifetime whatever circumstances faces with us.

Free choice is prefer to prereqisite education and training system. Spartan system depended on forced to be produced in core requirements than individual options to be cultivated. About 4~5 ages children should be educated by methods of compulsory requirements. If not be performed in achievements during courses, no more promotion and comfortable enviornments. In facing with emergency, contingency management is better because ecosystem add better results for coping with pendings and barriers. 

In initial war stages, Spartans invaded Athens effectively but Athens  defended in latter stages. Spartans also were brave and conqured within their trained directions. But all conditions have unexpected exceptions. So, in latter stages faced with unxpeccted conditions. Athens were skilled in contingency situations because they were accustomed to dealing in unexpected circumstances. 

In the last analysis, Athens were successful for defending their country against Spartan invasion. Individual personality and diversification are important conditions to be sounded infrastructure maintaing organizational system becasuse of countermeasures any kinds of challenges. Individual personality and diversification are becoming increasingly valuable platforms for successful performances.

In creativity era, focuses on tacit fields in achieving aim-high vision and sustainabilty in organizational assets. Flexible thoughts are prerequsites to sustaining unexpected returns of futuristic measures because of appearing diversified values in business and differents kinds of chances. All systems are not perfect in human systems. How can we cope with pendings in management and chances effectively ?  What kinds of wise methods to be settled in these difficulties ? 

Animal life is quite different from our life in terms of spritual contents and creativity. Fierce animals are accustomed to be  fittest survival in animal kingdom depended on phyisical powers. But man is different in viewing of historical results. More valuable and sustainable masterpieces made by wisest methods based on constructive contents and ideas.

There are many kinds of methods to be solved problems. Some kinds of methods are reliabilty, harmony with concerned parties. Eventhough are not consistent in thoughts and ideas, trust and concession are key to settle the problems. Human is a thinking reeds but not perfect. Let's have flexible minds and comforts to be wised in 2022 based on wisdom and efficiency in all aspects of dimensions based on grit spirit and foresight for better career and development.
